Retreat Cancellation Policy

Ceipia's retreats are exclusive, and the number of attendees is very limited. A waiting list is generated once registration is full. We expect that registrants are committed to attending, but we realize cancellations may be necessary. Please understand that every cancellation gives someone on the waiting list an opportunity to register. With this in mind, note the following fees and conditions:


If your registration is made with a deposit, full payment is due on or before 7 days prior to the event. If payment is not received by this date, your registration will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.


If you cancel within the 48 hours following registration: 100% refund


If you cancel after the 48 hours following registration, but on or before 7 days prior to the event:

    ●  $450.00 cancellation fee (or full deposit) for individual registrants

    ●  $600.00 cancellation fee (or full deposit) for individual registrants with a shared room registrant


No refund for cancellations made during the 6 days prior to the event


Registrations will be accepted during the 6 days prior to the event, but they must be paid in full and are non-refundable. There will be no 48-hour period to cancel after registration.


If for any reason Ceipia Associates must cancel the event, you will be notified immediately and receive a 100% refund.
